Add a Product

Create a new product with its details, images, inventory, shipping, variants, and SEO from the Add Product form.

To create a product, open Products → All Products and click Add New Product. This opens the Add Product form, organized into sections. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Product Information

Product Name (required). The name shown to customers.
Price (required). The product's base price.
Discount Type. Choose Fixed or Percent if you want to offer a discount.
Discount. The discount amount (used together with Discount Type).
Add Product Categories (required). Assign the product to one or more categories.
Product Description. A rich text editor for the full description, with formatting, lists, links, and more.

Product Images

Upload eye-catching images to help your product stand out. Click Upload images to open the Product Assets dialog, where you can:

Add image. Upload your own image files.
Generate with AI. Create product images with AI.
Drag and drop images directly into the area.

Assets can be filtered by All, Category, Product, or Theme. Select the images you want and click Done.

Generating an image with AI

When you choose Generate with AI, the dialog gives you image controls:

Aspect ratio. Pick the shape of the image: 1:1, 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, or 3:4.
Describe the image. Type a prompt describing the image you want. You can also use the microphone to dictate it.
Send the prompt to generate the image, then select it and click Done.

Add Inventory

Quantity (required). How many units are in stock. Click the gear icon next to the field to split stock across warehouses (see below).
SKU ID. A stock-keeping unit code to identify the product. Click the tag icon to Generate random SKU automatically instead of typing one.

Assigning stock to warehouses

Click the gear icon on the Quantity field to open the Add Inventory dialog, where you set how much stock sits in each warehouse:

Warehouse (required). Choose a warehouse (for example Main Warehouse), or click Add new Warehouse to create one.
Quantity (required). The number of units held in that warehouse.
add more. Add another warehouse row to split stock across locations.

Click Save to apply, or Cancel to close without changes.

Adding a new warehouse

Choosing Add new Warehouse opens the Add Warehouse form. All fields are required:

Name
Contact Person Name
Contact No
Country, State, City
Warehouse type
Address
Zip Code

Click Create to save the warehouse, then select it back in the Add Inventory dialog.

Shipping & Tax

Weight (required). The product's weight, used for shipping.
Units (required). The unit of measure for the weight: g or kg.
Select Tax. Choose a tax rate to apply to this product, or click Add new tax… to create a new tax rate.

Add Variants

Create up to 2 attribute types (for example Color and Size) and add values for each. Variants are auto-generated from all combinations.

Attribute Name. Enter the attribute type (such as Color), not the values. Click the + to add it, then add its values.

Add SEO Setting

SEO Tags. Add tags to help your product show up in search. Press Enter to add each tag, or separate multiple tags with commas. Each tag appears as a chip; click the x on a chip to remove it.

Saving the product

When you've filled in the required fields, click Add product at the bottom of the form to create it and add it to your inventory.

The form won't submit until the required fields (Product Name, Price, Add Product Categories, Quantity, Weight, Units) are filled in.

All Products

View, search, sort, filter, and manage every product in your store, and add new ones, from the All Products page.
