Blocks
The Blocks panel lets you browse and add content blocks to the current page. Open Blocks from the Builder's left menu to drop ready-made sections and elements straight onto your page.
Blocks are organized into three tabs: Dynamic, Static, and Elements.
Dynamic
Dynamic blocks are data-driven sections that pull in your store's content, products, collections, categories, and more. Each group shows how many blocks it contains:
- Products
- Collections
- Categories
- Product-Details
- Reviews
- Product-Showcases
- Carts
- Order-Summaries
Adding a dynamic block
Click any item in the Dynamic tab and the block is added to the end of the selected page. Open a group (for example Products) to pick the specific block you want.
Configuring tags
To make a dynamic block show your products instead of samples, configure its tags:
Open the tag settings
Click Configure Tags Now on the block. The Configure Tags Display dialog opens.
Choose a tag
Use Search tags… or the Select a tag… dropdown to pick the tag whose products you want to display.
Apply a quick preset (optional)
Pick a Quick Preset, Luxury, Editorial, Sale, Clean, or Modern, to apply styling in one click. Presets style the block only; you still need to select a tag.
Adjust the display settings
Fine-tune how the products appear:
- Items To Show, how many products to display.
- Sort products By, the order (for example product Name).
- Columns (Grid Only), the number of columns in the grid.
- Toggle Show Tag Name, Show Item Count, Show Prices, and Hover Effects.
Save
Click Save Configuration to apply, or Cancel to discard.
Static
Static blocks are ready-made sections with fixed content you edit yourself:
- AI Block, create any block with AI (marked with an AI badge).
- Heros
- Privacy-Policies
- Terms-Services
- Typography
- Marquee
Elements
Elements are the basic building pieces you use to build a section by hand:
- AI Element, create any element with AI (marked with an AI badge).
- Heading, Paragraph, Anchor
- Image, Video, Button
- Grid, Iframe, Container
- Carousel, Auto-Slider
Using blocks
- Open the Blocks panel from the left menu.
- Switch to the Dynamic, Static, or Elements tab.
