Settings

General

Manage your store's core details, name, branding, contact info, and regional preferences, from the General settings tab.

The General tab is where you manage your store's core identity. Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar and select the General tab.

Use it to set:

Store name and branding. The name shown to customers, your logo, and other store-identity details.
Contact details. The email address and phone number customers and Orderain use to reach your store.
Store address. Your business location.
Regional preferences. Defaults such as currency, timezone, and language that the rest of your store builds on.

General settings are the foundation for the other tabs, your currency and region here affect how prices, taxes, and shipping are calculated across the store.

Staff Management

Add team members to your store, control what they can access, and manage their details from the Staff Management page.

Subscription

View your current Orderain plan, track usage, and manage billing from the Subscription settings tab.
